Mission Statement:
Our mission at Stroudsburg Middle School is to create and maintain an effective learning environment by establishing behavioral supports and the social culture needed for all students in our school to achieve social, emotional and academic success.
Goals:
Improve the overall school climate and culture of our school by increasing and rewarding positive behaviors and improved student achievement.
Develop a common language with consistent clear expectations between student and staff- respect, trust, high expectations, safe, supportive, etc.
Implement preventative and proactive (vs. reactive) strategies and interventions to increase appropriate behaviors.
