About Our Program

The Stroudsburg Junior High football team is made up of seventh and eighth graders. This program is designed to introduce student athletes to interscholastic competition while focusing on the fundamentals of football. All of our home games are played at the middle school field. All participants must have a completed PIAA physical form in order to be a part of the team. These forms can be picked up at the Middle School office, the Junior High office, or the Athletic Office. The team will begin voluntary workouts in April and sign-ups will be held in May.

Important Information

Fall physicals for 7th and 8th grade football will be on Tuesday, August, 3rd, 2010 from 6:00 to 7:15 at the Middle School gymnasium. All participants must have a completed physical in order to begin the season with the team.

Practices will begin on Monday, August 16th, 2010 from 9:00 to 11:30 am.  We will also distribute equipment during the first practice.
